Kenya’s popular music band H_ART The Band has finally released the much anticipated video for the dance single “Masheesha” featuring the budding Bensoul.
The single produced by the renowned Cedo, revolves around the Sheesha (Shisha) smoking culture that has taken over the Kenyan urban sphere and popular among the party-heads, mostly ladies.
The song speaks of a girl with an uncontrollable love for shisha and an appetite for extravagance that she lands the man in trouble with the bill whenever they go clubbing, with caution to the young man to be wary of manipulative ladies whose apparent moniker is derived from the molasses-based tobacco smoked from a Hookah.
“Masheesha” adopts a dance-hall reggae influenced tune accompanied by a definitive comical video directed by Mushking Fx.
H_ART The Band is a Kenyan music band who are famed for their unique music revolving around the daily happenings and struggles in the life of the ordinary Kenyan. The band prefers to call their kind of music afro-poetry with a touch of dance and fashion.
