American Hip Hop duo Apollo Brown and Skyzoo have released the much anticipated album “The Easy Truth” which is a collaboration of the critically acclaimed producer Apollo Brown and the revered MC Skyzoo.
The pair has come together for what has been touted as the ‘most hard-hitting’ album of this year. The album features acts such as; Slaughterhouse member Joell Ortiz, Westside Gunn, Conway, Patty Crash and Stalley.
The duo have also dropped the video for the single “A couple Dollars” which features Joell Ortiz. The track sees Skyzoo and Ortiz rap over a laid back, trigging beat from Apollo Brown, the single speaks of what many find themselves going through on the road to success of while chasing the money. The video which was shot in New York was directed by Diego Cruz.
“The Easy Truth” is an album that speaks to what many go through in life packaging stories that are a reflection of reality, while embodying truth in each sub-theme and perspectives, described as; honest, fluid, and organic. The album was released under Mello Music Group.
